Include your RosterMind account email, device type, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, private keys, or payment card details.
Subscription help
Subscriptions are managed through Apple and verified in RosterMind AI through RevenueCat. If your plan does not appear after purchase, open Settings in the app and use Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
Restore purchases
Use Restore purchases from the app paywall or Settings screen. If restore does not update your access, confirm that you are signed in to the correct RosterMind account and Apple ID, then email support with the approximate purchase time.
Account and data deletion
To request deletion of your RosterMind account and associated app data, email support@rostermind.app from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my RosterMind account". We will verify the request and process deletion according to applicable law.
Sleeper connection troubleshooting
RosterMind AI connects to Sleeper in read-only mode. If leagues do not load, check your Sleeper username spelling, confirm the league is visible in Sleeper, try again on a stable connection, and make sure you selected the correct season and league.
Important
RosterMind AI provides fantasy football analysis, coaching, and recommendations. Sleeper access is read-only. The app does not submit lineups, trades, waivers, roster moves, bets, or transactions.
